A Spiritual War in Jerusalem

In Acts 21 there are three forces at work. There is the evil force of the mob crying for blood, there is the human force of the Roman Empire trying to maintain order, and there is the Holy Spirit at work in Paul. When the crowd is at its loudest and worst, Rome cannot stop them, but Paul silences them with a wave of his hand!
